Do you have to completely checkout to receive the free product?
Yes you have to completely checkout, if your balance is not 0 you did not get the free product.

When does Snatch It! start?
Snatch It! could happen any time between MST. When the following image is displayed, be ready because the giveaway could start at any time.

How will I know when the giveaway has started?
When the actual giveaway starts, the light bulb will begin to blink green and the tab will say ACT NOW! ACT FAST! The featured product will be displayed in this tab under ACT NOW". Click on the product to go the the product detail page to add it to your cart. This blinking light is for display purposes only. It does not indicate that the giveaway has started. Look at the top of this page for real light bulb.

How will I know when the giveaway is over?
After the sale is over, the tab will say GIVEAWAY IS OVER! NEXT PRODUCT: then is will display the next week's free product.
