I purchased a belt clip with my ipod case and did not receive the screw to attach it to the case. Customer service quickly provided me with a new clip (and screw). My only other complaint is that info on your website implies that the ipod case includes a screen protector, and it did not. I had my own cut-to-fit screen protectors, so no big deal. — Phoenix - AZ  July 12, 2009
