Better yet the iBagz works with any mp3 player that is the same size or smaller than the video iPod.

iPhone

iBagz will work with the iPhone but you will need a fitz connector. Microphone will not function while an iPhone is connected through the iBagz headphone adapter.

Other Devices

Not only can you use these for your mp3 player, but you can also use the large ibagz for any phone or electical device the size of an iPod Video that uses a normal size audio jack or comes with a connection adapter for an audio jack.

iBagz Design

The innovative features of the ifrogz bag allows you to completely seal your iPod from harmful elements while still allowing you full control of the click wheel and screen. Although the plastic is thick and durable it doesn't hamper the easy click wheel navigation of your iPod. Using a built-in headphone adaptor that is manufactured right into the bag allows you to plug into your iPod's audio headphone jack, seal your iPod and then attach a pair of headphones to the headphone jack on the outside of the bag. With these two unique features you never have to worry about your iPod being exposed to the outdoor elements. The bag is made from commercial grade heavy-duty plastic to withstand puncture by sharp edges and foreign objects. As an added feature the iBagz comes with a removable white lanyard for easy portability.

So what can you do with your iPod with an ifrogz iBagz applied? Ever thought of burying it in the sand on a hot sunny day? No problem. Perhaps you lose your mind and decide it would be fun to let your two-year-old play water polo with your iBagz encased iPod. No sweat! We hand picked the toughest two-year-old we knew and let him go to town on the iBagz. The iPod is fine and Porter had a great time. We would like to let you know however, that we consider the ifrogz iBagz to be water resistant and not waterproof. In other words, unless you are living on the edge, don't dunk your iPod on purpose because although it survived our two-year-old water test we will not be responsible for iPods damaged by total submersion.

Backpacking, boating, skiing, mountain biking, hunting, 4-wheel'n, or any other outdoor activity is perfect for using an ifrogz iBagz. One thing to be aware of is that with the iBagz around your iPod you will only be able to hook headphones or other audio output devices to your iPod that use the standard headphone jack. Other accessories like iTrip or FM transmitters that hook to the main connection port will not work because that port is not accessible through the iBagz. All other ports and buttons (like the hold button) work just fine inside the iBagz.

ipod touch?

Is this also compatible with the ipod touch? I know they say it is, but can you still use the touch interface with the bag? And does this come with the displayed earplugs(picture 1)? :) Ps: love this site!

very nice product. Great to stop sand and moisture from damaging ipod. So happy with it that bought up one for both my wife and her father. I have not submerged it but It works excellent for my needs.

Works great! I looked at a lot of waterproof options, and for just hanging around the pool or going to the beach, this is a nice, cost-effective solution. So far bag has been completely waterproof, and the clear material allows me to see the screen on my iPhone perfectly while I use it. 5 Stars.

Excellent Bag for iPod

I bought my first one of these at a flea market, my fiance' loves it, she uses it in the hot tub all of the time, at the beach, or the pool, or anywhere her phone could get wet. I just recently purchased one for myself, if you travel at all, or do anything outdoors these are too good to pass up. I like mine for snow, and when I travel(it rains and you may not have a jacket). -Patrick

Great protection

I got this waterproof bag with my luxe case because it was only a couple extra dollars. It is well worth the full price. There's a lot more to it than what the pictures show. It's very thick, durable plastic with 3 separate ziplock style closures which fold onto each other with velcro. If you use your ipod or iphone anywhere near dirt or water, this bag is cheap insurance that works great.
