Payment Methods & Policies
We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal only. We will not accept any other forms of payment other than those listed above.
We do not ship orders COD; we do not offer credit terms or Net 30 credit accounts. We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards or waiting for PayPal checks to clear. PayPal orders will begin production once payment clears PayPal. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. Utah residents will be charged Sales Tax in the amount of 6.55%.
Due to the expedited nature of our product, once your order is placed and payment verified, it will immediately enter the production cycle. For this reason orders cannot be changed once they are placed. Please verify all information before you submit your order. If you would like to place a second order that references the first order, that is acceptable.
Shipping & Handling Policy
We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays and do not ship these days.
Once payment for your order has been verified, your order will begin processing. When placing an order, customers are given an estimated arrival date. Typically, most orders arrive 7-10 business days after payment verification depending on the chosen shipping method. There are no guarantees that your order will arrive within this time frame. Expected arrival assumes that processing or production is not delayed. This applies to all wrapz, bandz, and screenz.
Once processing is complete, we will ship your order based on your shipping selection. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day, then it will be delivered the next business day. We offer ifrogz Standard Shipping for all customers, and FedEx Express for US customers only. Ifrogz Standard should arrive in 7-10 business days. FedEx Express should arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders usually take between 10-12 business days to arrive. See International Shipping Policy for more information on international shipping, customs, and duty charges.
Most FedEx orders do not require a signature. The exceptions are businesses, some apartment complexes or if the delivery person deems it unsafe to leave the package at the door. If your order requires a signature, it is your responsibility to either be at the door or sign a release waiver for FedEx to leave the package without a signature.
We package our product with commercial grade shipping supplies and all packages leave our warehouse in excellent condition. If your package is damaged or items are missing due to shipping damage, you can contact our customer service representatives at 1-877-443-7641 or by the support@ifrogz.com e-mail through the Contact Us Page. Any refused shipments will still be billed the full amount of the original order, including shipping charges, due to the customized nature of our product.

Shipping Options
ifrogz Standard
Standard Shipping orders should arrive in 5 business days from when your order was placed. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival dates assume that your order is approved the same day the order was placed. If your order is delayed for reasons that include payment verification, etc. your arrival date will be changed as well. For example, if your order is delayed 1 day to verify payment then your arrival date will also change by 1 day.

Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO Military addresses. In fact, we upgrade the shipping to APO/FPO Military addresses to Priority shipping at no additional charge. However, delivery times for these addresses may vary. Note: Federal law dictates that only the Unites States Postal Service can deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Therefore, regardless of the shipping method you select, all orders shipping to APO/FPO address will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
ifrogz Fedex Express
FedEx Express orders should arrive in 2-3 business days from when your order was placed. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day. Expected arrival dates assumes that your order is approved the same day the order was placed. For example, if your order is delayed 1 day to verify payment then your arrival date will also change by 1 day.
ifrogz Overnight
We realize that for special occasions you may need to have your Ipod case faster than is typical with other methods. Ifrogz Overnight was created for these types of occasions. Once an order is placed and payment verified your iPod case will be packaged and shipped to ensure that your case will arrive at your door in overnight from the time you ordered. If your estimated arrival date is on a non-business day then it will be delivered the next business day. Same day shipments will need to be placed by 2 PM Mountain Time to ensure the order is shipped the same day. Expected arrival dates assume that your order is shipped the same day the order was placed. Some items, including custom screenz take production time and are not shipped the same day the order is placed. If you selected overnight shipping on such an order, the order will ship via FedEx Overnight once production has been completed and is ready to ship. If your order is delayed for reasons that include payment verification your arrival date will be changed as well. For example, if your order is delayed 1 day to verify payment then your arrival date will also change by 1 day. FedEx estimates that overnight orders are delivered by 4:30 PM local time. Metropolitan areas may have a delivery time as early as 10:30 AM local time, or sooner.

International Shipping Policy
All international orders (everything outside the U.S. ) are shipped with ifrogz International Shipping. Typical shipping times are 7 business days. This does not include any time your order might be delayed going through customs. ifrogz is not responsible for delays in shipment due to customs or other international shipping delays.
Orders that ship internationally will usually occur additional taxes, duties, VAT and other fees associated with customs. Our past experience is that these fees can be an additional 20%-30% of your order total. We are not responsible for these charges and they are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Please verify or get an estimate of what these charges might be before placing an international order. Depending on the country, these fees are billed to the customer by the shipping company. The shipping charges on our Web site include only the cost of shipping the order internationally and handling fees. All taxes, duties, and other fees charged by our shipping company or other customs officials are not included in the shipping charges on our Web site and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that some countries we will not ship to because of the high rate of fraudulent orders reported for those countries. We are not responsible for your order if you choose the wrong country on the drop down list and you receive no shipment as a result. If you have chosen the wrong country in error, please contact us so we can redirect the shipment if it is possible.
Privacy Policy
We do not sell our customer list to anyone. You can order with the assurance that you will not receive junk mailings or phone calls from us or other sources! If we have a customer who fails to make payment for an order, a customer who reverses payment on an order already received, or a customer we feel is making an attempt to defraud us, we reserve the right to provide information to credit agencies and other collections services.
We also protect your financial information with the tightest security to ensure that your information remains private and secure. We employ 128 bit SSL security encryption when customers place orders to protect your information. That same level of security is used on all company intranet and network resources. To further protect our customers' financial information credit card information is encrypted on our networks so employees do not have access to credit card numbers. All credit card information is automatically deleted from our databases after two weeks to ensure that if a security breach does occur, minimal information is compromised.
Protecting Your Children's Privacy
We will never knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that any personally identifiable information collected is from a person under 13 years of age, that information will be deleted from our database. Return Policy
You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return the product.
Return Procedure
RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA # WILL BE MARKED RETURN TO SENDER. Please follow the instructions below carefully.
ifrogz Branded Merchandise
We encourage customers to verify all order information before submitting the final order. If we make a mistake on color, size, quantity, or phrases on a ifrogz product we will be happy to do a return and find a solution to remedy the problem. If you are unhappy with the color or size of the ifrogz wrap or band only, we will do an exchange. Both of these conditions (return or exchange) apply to requests less than 30 days from the day you receive the product (See our guarantee page by clicking here ). Please contact our customer services representatives if you feel this is the case. E-mail us through the Contact Us page or call 1-877-443-7641. We will not refund shipping.
Unopened non-ifrogz branded merchandise
If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment or a gift certificate. All products must be be 100% complete, packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
Opened non-ifrogz branded merchandise
For opened hardware and all other opened non-ifrogz branded merchandise, including but not limited to those with broken seals and opened packaging, there will be a 15% open box fee assessed on any opened hardware or accessory. Opened Merchandise will be issued a Gift Certificate Only. **Some restrictions apply
Defective non-ifrogz branded merchandise
If a product defect for any non-ifrogz branded third-party product, please contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding the manufacturer's warranty.
Please note that ifrogz does not permit the return of or offer refunds for the following products:
- Product that is custom configured to your specifications
- Opened memory
- Opened software
- Electronic software downloads
- Opened Blank Media
Liability/Disclaimer
All of our products are offered with a guarantee of quality workmanship. Ifrogz products are sold without warranty. Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine suitability of products for their specific use. Due to differences in monitors and browsers, color may or may not accurately represent product color. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by this company. In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products. While we test all products, we cannot make any guarantee that these products will agree with everyone. Ifrogz products are not a toy and should not be used with children under the age of four. All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
