All you've gotta do is purchase a MyFrogz™ product from any participating retailer. This product includes a customization card. Next, trot your little self home or to the nearest Internet café. Login to MyFrogz.com, and design your very own individual product by choosing between a variety of electrifying component options, like color, pattern, and finish. Enter in your shipping information, as well as the customization code you purchased, and the product is built and shipped directly to you at lightning speed and no extra cost! TOP

How long will it take for my customized MyFrogz™ item to arrive?

Once we have received your order, your MyFrogz™ item should ship within 24 hours, unless super-sized ants attack our headquarters. Depending on where you are located, your order should arrive in 3-5 business days. Please allow extra time for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. It’s not that we don’t love you. Mostly, we’re just jealous because you’re in such exotic locations, and we’re not. International shipping times vary, but the majority of shipments arrive in 2-3 weeks. TOP

How does the MyFrogz™ for the iPhone™ App work?

By downloading the free MyFrogz™ App from the iTunes™ store, you will have at your fingertips the coolest and most intuitive utility available to design your own iPhone™ cases. Simply load the App, and either use the arrows or slide your finger across the screen to switch between the awesome color choices available to customize the top and bottom of your new MyFrogz™ Luxe case. Using the App, you can choose from a vast array of exciting and totally rare combinations. Show your incredible designing skills to your friends, and show them how to design their own cases as well! What is the Customer Satisfaction Guarantee for MyFrogz™?

We stand behind our products. Not just ‘cause they’re prettier than we are, but because we believe in them. If you are uncertain about your product because of a color choice, or if you have a product concern, we will gladly exchange it for you. If you wish to get a refund on your product for any reason, you must return it to the store where you purchased it, according to in-store refund policies. MyFrogz™ can NOT issue refunds. TOP

I am not sure about the color combination I received. What should I do?

We will happily exchange your item for another color within 10 business days of the date your MyFrogz™ item was delivered. You can print a return authorization from the Exchange link at MyFrogz.com/exchanges Please note that you are responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us, and the related shipping charges incurred as a result of returning the product. Once we have received your case back for an exchange, we will expedite your request and ship it directly back to you. IMPORTANT: product sent back to us without an official Return Merchandise Authorization Form from MyFrogz.com/exchanges will not be exchanged, and will be returned to you. All returned merchandise must be in unused and resalable condition, and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for all costs incurred in shipping the product back for an exchange. My MyFrogz™ item may have been damaged during shipping. What should I do?

We beg you to send the item back for replacement. Simply go to MyFrogz.com/exchanges to initiate your exchange. TOP

What should I do if I am having difficulty with my code?

If you are experiencing difficulty with your MyFrogz™ authorization code please verify that there are no spaces or typos as you enter it. If you still have problems please contact our Customer Service group at (877) 443-7641. TOP

Will the MyFrogz™ for the iPhone™ fit my original iPhone™?

Unfortunately the MyFrogz™ cases are not compatible with the original iPhone. The configuration of the sensors and the actual size of the original iPhone™ and the iPhone™ 3G & 3G(S) are different. TOP

Can I charge/dock my iPhone™ with your case on it?

You can easily charge and/or sync your iPhone™ with the MyFrogz™ case on it, using the standard cable that came with your iPhone™, without the hassle of removing the case. However, chances are that you will need to remove your MyFrogz™ case from the phone in order to use a stationary docking station. This is completely contingent upon the dock being used. TOP

Can I get a MyFrogz™ case with a belt clip?

We are terribly, terribly sorry, but belt clips do not come with, nor are they available for the MyFrogz™ case. TOP

Can I order a single component?

Don’t hate us, but we don’t ship individual component pieces. If you are unsatisfied with the colors of your item, we will gladly exchange the entire item for you. Simply return your item as per the instructions above for a return authorization. TOP
