If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of our case, simply call and get a return authorization. Once we receive the product we will credit back your payment minus original shipping costs.

• If you are not satisfied with the quality of your silicone case, simply call for a return authorization code. It is your responsibility to return the product to iFrogz before receiving your money back. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return the product.

Did you order the wrong size or don't like the color you ordered?

iFrogz will exchange your iFrogz wrap or band within the first 30 days if you do not like the color or if you ordered the wrong size.

• The 30 day exchange policy is for wrapz and bandz only and does not include screenz.
• If you are not satisfied with the color and/or size of your wrap or band, simply call for a return authorization code. It is your responsibility to return the products to iFrogz before receiving a credit to order a replacement wrap or band. You are responsible for all shipping costs incurred to return the product.
