How fast will my order arrive?
ifrogz™ currently ships out most orders placed by 2pm Mountain Time the same day. When you place your iPod accessory order online you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated shipping time frame.
Estimated shipping times for selected shipping methods:
- Standard= 5 Business Days*
- FedEx= 2-3 Business Days
- Overnight= 1 Business Days
- International= 7 Business Days
*Business days means Monday thru Friday and does not include weekends.
Where can I track my order?
Please go to the order status page and enter the details from your order to view its current status and track the shipment.
What are your shipping and handling costs?
Our shipping and handling prices are based on weight and the country the shipment is going to. For an exact shipping quote just add the items you want to purchase into your cart and click checkout, your shipping total will be calculated automatically once you fill in your shipping information.
What's your exchange / return policy?
All of our products have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied simply call our customer service at 1-877-443-7641 for a return authorization code. Once we receive the product back we will credit back your payment. *Excludes shipping charges.
I am currently deployed overseas. Do you ship to APO addresses?
We do ship to APO addresses. In fact we also upgrade all APO/FPO orders to Priority Postal Service at no additional charge! Just select the APO PO Box check box while checking out and then select the appropriate one from the state drop down menu.
I ordered a while ago and the tracking page says awaiting payment. What does that mean?
Awaiting payment means there was some kind of problem processing your payment. This could mean that you did not fully complete the order process, the credit card was not authorized for some reason (usually a mistyped address, card number etc.) So right now you don't actually have an order number, nor will you ever get your case until payment is received by us. Please contact us for help.
The tracking page says my order is "in production". Does that mean its delayed and is still waiting to be made?
"In production" means that we are putting your order together from stock on hand. So no, we don't literally have to "produce" the cases to ship your order. Its just the term we use in our order process to signify that we need to put all of the different pieces of your order together.
I paid extra for the expedited shipping, how much faster will my order arrive?
The expedited FedEx shipments will arrive in half the time. Within 3 to 5 business days.*
*Business days means Monday thru Friday and does not include weekends.
I live in ________ country. Do you ship there?
Add your order into the shopping cart and begin the checkout process. Check the Country drop down list for your country. If you don't find yours please contact customer service so we can add it if possible.

No. We don't charge extra for any of the countries we deliver to.
