What does the iFrogz™ Warranty cover?
The iFrogz™ limited manufacturer's lifetime warranty covers defective products. We will gladly replace any defective iFrogz™ product (excluding chargers).
How do I exchange my defective product?
First, register your product then process an exchange.
Is this a money-back warranty?
No. iFrogz™ simply exchanges your defective product for an identical brand new, functioning item.
If I have multiple defective products, can I fill out one warranty form?
No. Each product needs its own warranty claim in order to be processed. If you send in multiple products but only fill out the form once, you will only receive one product replacement.
Do you cover normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product?
All iFrogz™ products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. Our guarantee does not cover product damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the product. iFrogz™ will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from use of this product.
What warranty does iFrogz™ offer on electronic items like chargers?
iFrogz™ offers a 90-day warranty on all electronic products sold.
What if I return a defective product and get another defective product in exchange?
If there is any problem with a warranty replacement, the customer must return the replacement to iFrogz™ to receive an additional replacement.
What if I purchased the item from a retail store and not online?
iFrogz™ services the warranty, regardless of whether the item was purchased online or in a retail store.
What about gifts? Are those under warranty?
Yes.
What if I want different colors or a different model?
iFrogz™ only exchanges the exact colors and model that you send in. If the colors or model are not available, iFrogz™ will contact you with a suggested replacement.
Do you service customers outside the USA?
Absolutely. An international exchange is handled the same way as a USA exchange.
What is iFrogz™'s Return Policy?
- Products may be returned to iFrogz™ for a refund if the product was purchased from our Web site, and is returned in its unopened original packaging.
- Products may only be returned if they are defective and they meet our warranty policy guidelines.
- iFrogz™ does not offer refunds for opened products.
- In case you receive something other than what you ordered due to a shipping error, we will gladly exchange that product for the correct item and pay for additional shipping, as long as it was purchased from our Web site and is returned in its unopened original packaging
